Follow these 5 easy steps to determine what time your child should prep for bed:

Sample Answer
1. How much sleep does your child need to feel very good the next day? 8 hrs. and 30 min
2. How much time does your child need to prep for bed? 30 min
3. Add answers for 1 and 2. 9 hrs.
4. What time does your child have to wake up? 7 AM
5. Subtract answer for 3 from your child’s wake up time . 10 PM

Now you know the time that your child should start getting ready for bed!
